Copper Slag

Copper slag blasting

Abrasive shots Copper Slag is an aggressive abrasive frequently used in new steel and steel maintenance applications. Its bulk density and angular shape give it an aggressiveness that provides clean, fast-cutting action, considerably increasing production rates. Abrasive shots has set a benchmark in the industry by offering reliable and faster copper slag blasting services to clients. Sand blasting Copper Slag is mainly used for surface cleaning of metal, stone and other materials which help to clean and shape surface of the metal.  Our professionals undertake every step of sand blasting copper slag sand blasting smoothly with utmost care. They make using of high quality copper slag blasting media to enhance the quality of copper slag blasting. We have maintained the standard of highest quality level in the best possible manner. Granulated Sand Blasting copper slag blasting is mainly used to remove thick & tough dust and rust from heavy machines and tanks. Copper slag blasting undertaken by us is well-known for its fine finishing, smooth edges and accuracy. We are ensure our clients that sandblasting copper slag are completed within stipulated time frame as per the customized orders of clients.

Abrasive shots is produced from metallurgical slags and provides fast blast-cleaning rates. Two grades are available to suit most common blasting operations. The hardness and high density give it a high resistance to fracture with very low dust formation during blasting, as well as faster blast-cleaning speed when compared to local slag abrasives. This abrasive is commonly used for restoration of heavily painted steel bridges, ships and water towers.Abrasive shots is a disposable high-density blasting slag made from a by-product of copper production. It distinguishes from light-weight blasting slag, due to its high density property.  Generally, the majority of its composition is iron oxide and silicon dioxide, formed when molten Copper slag is quenched in cold water. This cooling process fractures the slag into coarse and angular particles, making it an ideal blasting slag with optimal sand blasting properties.
